Class C Travel And Save Gas in Arizona

Those Class C RV enthusiasts who live in the state of Arizona can still travel and save money during this economy. Money can be saved on gas when traveling in a Class C or other sized recreational vehicle. Look for area hot spots to travel to in your Class C RV in your area and travel on one tank or less. If you do not live in Arizona, there are sure to be hot spots for Class C or other RV travel in your area, so start looking.

If you drive a Class C motor home, then check out areas near you. Look for RV parks that have activities that interest you and your RV family. Arizona and other states offer great Class C RV or towable travel trailer hot spots, so see what is near you and save gas money.

The list below is of Arizona Class C RV hot spots. See if you could be interested in staying at them for your motor home vacation.

1. Check out Black Canyon City, which is near Agua Fria National Monument. It is also near Yavapai County and certain ghost towns for you to visit. Explore and enjoy the adventure without driving far in your motor home.

2. Near the Sinagua Indian Ruins is Camp Verde. This area is a great hot spot for your Class C or other RV. There are all types of activities, including fishing, hunting, and swimming. It is also near Montezumas Castle Monument.

3. Check out Munds Park in your Class C recreational vehicle. This place offers off-road opportunities. Park your recreational vehicle and go hiking.

4. Try Flagstaff in Arizona, which is surrounded by a national forest. Nearby is the Grand Canyon with many RV opportunities. There are also museums and other activities close by. There are observatories and a planetarium.

5. Visit Sedona, a high dollar resort community. You and your RV companions will enjoy the scenery, too. There are restaurants, shopping, and even Indian Ruins. Enjoy spas or pampering, or get out and hike.

6. You can also take your RV to Old West downtown areas in many Arizona towns. There are ghost towns, historic areas, and even Indian Ruins.

7. Try visiting Prescott, which offers the RVer golf, lake areas and activities, hiking, and museums. If you are a rock climber, try out Groom Creek or Granite Mountain.

You will find many one-tank RV adventures out there, either in Arizona or in your own state. Do not let the economy get you down. Keep on traveling in your motor home and continue seeing the world.
